We offer a straightforward 30‑day return policy. Read the conditions below.

⏳ Time limit

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive the order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors only (no creases, dirt, or outdoor wear).

📬 How to return

Contact our support team to request a return authorization. We’ll send you the return address. You pay for return shipping unless the product is faulty or we made an error. Always use a trackable shipping method – we cannot refund lost returns.

💰 Refund procedure

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

🔄 Size exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

🚫 Non‑returnable products

Socks, insoles, and any “final sale” items are non‑returnable. Gift cards are also excluded.

🔧 Defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or give a full refund, including return postage. Photos may be requested.
